Joseph H. Driscoll IV

As the newest member of our team, Joe brings his litigation experience to help guide our municipal clients. Joe is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and Suffolk University Law School, and began his career practicing primarily criminal defense in 2006.  Such a practice brought extensive courtroom experience, which further grew when he transitioned to his civil practice after he returned home to Laconia and joined one of the City’s oldest firms. Joe’s decade of practice in the courtroom is an asset to our municipal clients.  In addition to his practice, Joe is a former member of the NH Bar Association’s Leadership Academy Steering Committee, on which he served after successfully graduating from the program.  He is also active in our local community having served as the Vice President and Governance Chair of the Lakes Region Mental Health Center Board of Directors, as well as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach for the Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough Academy Boys’ Varsity program.
