Laura Spector-Morgan, Esquire
Laura has been practicing in New Hampshire after graduating from the College of William and Mary in 1995 and the William and Mary Law School in 1998. Prior to joining the Mitchell Municipal Group in 2003, she represented developers as an associate at McLane Middleton. Her practice is now limited to representing municipalities and occasionally school districts. While she, like her colleagues, tackles a wide range of issues for our clients, she particularly enjoys land use issues, and educating boards on various matters. She also spends a fair amount of time on employment issues and tax abatement/exemption matters. She appears regularly before the state courts, including the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and is also admitted to practice in the District Court for the District Of New Hampshire.
Laura is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Continue Legal Education Committee, and is a frequent presenter to both bar sponsored educational events and other seminars aimed at educating local officials. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Municipal Law Section, and is a former co-chair of that section.
In her free time, Laura likes to spend time with her husband, skiing in the winter and swimming in the summer, and cuddling with their dogs and cats all the year through.
